If you’re like me, you stock up on s’more ingredients for camping season! And maybe stock up a little too much….I have no problem getting through all the leftover chocolate and graham crackers, but I don’t tend to eat marshmallows on their own. This recipe is simple, delicious, and a great way to use up the rest of your leftover marshmallows!
Ingredients:
- 35 marshmallows
- 3/4 cup milk chocolate
- 3/4 cup white chocolate
- 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons butter
Note: You can use 1 1/2 cups of any chocolate. You can make the recipe with just milk, dark, or white chocolate, or combine all 3! The chocolate is user preference!
Instructions:
Line a 9 inch square pan with foil and butter the foil. Place all the marshmallows in the pan.
In a microwave, melt the chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter. Stir until smooth. Pour mixture over marshmallows and chill. Cut into pieces and enjoy!
